Made by the soldiers of the French 45th Infantry Regiment (45e Régiment d’Infanterie) in 1918.

It had a monument with inscription.

The inscription “LA FRANCE / A SES FILS / MORTS POUR ELLE / 1918 / 45e R.I.” is now found on the Kilid Bahr ossuary in the French national cemetery at Seddul-Bahr.
